Dr Alan Curley is the author of the book ‘Playing the Game of your Life’, and is the Programme Lead for, and a Lecturer in, Adult Health Studies at the University of West of Scotland. Dr Curley is highly regarded as an expert on Cognitive-Behaviour Change Techniques used within the addiction, mental fitness and sports performance fields. He is a guest speaker at international conferences, and delivers training courses on addiction, stress and motivation management, group work skills, and behaviour and mind-change programmes.
Gary ‘Spike’ O’Sullivan is an Irish professional boxer. He has held multiple middleweight championships at regional level, including the Irish title, and has boxed all over the world. In 2017 in Quebec, Canada, he had one of his greatest ever successes when he defeated the favourite / World No 2, Antoine Douglas, in the seventh round – against all the odds. Spike has also won the acclaimed WBO Intercontinental Middleweight Title, and has acted and performed stunts in the 2007 film ‘Strength and Honour’.
