International Men’s Health Week will run from 10th to 16th June to coincide with Father’s Day.
The aims of Men’s Health Week are to:
- Heighten awareness of preventable health problems for males of all ages.
- Support men and boys to engage in healthier lifestyles choices/activities
- Encourage the early detection and treatment of health difficulties in males
The starting point for this year’s conversation about improving the health of males is to recognise and acknowledge that MEN’S HEALTH MATTERS.
During this week, men are asked to MAKE THE TIME and TAKE THE TIME to do something realistic and practical to improve your personal health.
