Stress does not just make you feel bad, it is also bad for your health. The good news is that there are steps you can take to deal with it.

Eat well

If we are stressed, it’s more important than ever to eat well. Otherwise, it’s like running a car on empty.

Sleep well

A good night’s sleep is essential but can be the first thing to go when we’re stressed. This can lead to us feeling even more stressed.

Being active

We all know that being active is good for us – like walking, swimming, gardening, and lots more. Just do something you enjoy.

Relaxing and having fun

Taking a break from your hectic life – even a small one – can stop stress building up.

Change for good

Making lasting changes to your health can be hard, but below we have listed some tips that can help. Choose what you want to change.

Remember, things won't always go your way, but keep at it and you'll find that you can start to make small changes for the better.
