We had a lovely morning at Royal Ulster Academy (RUA) hosted by Paul Walls who delivered a masterclass  to 13 willing  participants. These included guys from Men’s Sheds, Men United group and Carers as well as a few others! 

As you can see, everyone went home with a painting.  All were provided with the Man manual and information on other events for Men’s Health week as well as some wildflower seeds. 

Paul also conducted a short tour of the current exhibition at RUA which can be booked for viewing by appointment.
